I was born and raised in Newmarket and from a very young age, I was always intrigued by real estate. For as long as I can remember, going to look at houses with my father and his clients was how weekends were spent! I spent a tonne of time alongside my father and absorbed every bit of learning I could. I have always had a strong passion for interior design, the architecture of different homes and seeing décor, design, finishes, workmanship, and styles evolve and change. After high school I didn’t go right into real estate; I went to the University of Guelph in a Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management program. With a strong passion for horses and the competitive equestrian world, this degree was right up my alley! I have been on a horse since the young age of 6 and competitive since 2007. I became licensed in 2014 and became the fourth generation realtor in the ‘Eves’ family.

I believe I present a confident, approachable and personable character. I have strong knowledge for the industry and I know I have the knowledge of 40+ years from my grandmother & 20+ years from my father to back me as well. I am fortunate to have that backbone and believe this is a huge advantage to my clients because when they work with me, they get the knowledge and experience of 60+ combined years of expertise as well.

I strive to bring everything I possibly can to the table for all clients. I believe education is the most important foundation in developing a solid working relationship alongside communication, organization, and honesty. I look forward to developing as many client relationships as possible while always ensuring they are happy with their outcome, buying or selling. A seamless transaction for your largest asset is a top priority.

When I am not working, time with my husband and son is likely where you can find me. We love quality time with family and friends. Fun Fact: My husband is a huge Boston Bruins fan and I am a Maple Leafs fan, it’s certainly a fun rivalry!
